My mother Trudi and I started Sunyara Ragdolls with one major purpose in mind: to create the perfect therapy cat for people with mental health and/or disabilities. As someone who has primarily used cats as my main coping mechanism with my Autism, ADHD and trauma, I believe they have a huge benefit for anyone struggling to cope with the real world or sensory problems. I've grown up with cats and horses, we originally started fostering for a cat rescue in Adelaide before moving up to Whyalla to start our own business breeding and agisting horses.

I bought my first Ragdoll, a show neuter, River, from Victoria. We entered a show with him and started learning about the breed.
In 2019 I adopted Jinx, a black domestic short hair, and formed a close bond with his rescuer. We started fostering for her, and helping cats in need.
I fell in love with cats back in 2014 when we brought home Rascal and Violet, 2 moggies rescued from a farm. They weren't my first cats, but they were very special.

I decided to start over with our Ragdolls. We are taking it slow and steady, but I'm looking forward to the future!
In 2024, I got my first Sunyara Ragdoll Litter from Destiny and Maestro. It was such an amazing experience, and I learned so much. Stiorra had a litter soon after!
In 2023, I purchased my first ever entire cats, 3 Ragdolls- Destiny, Maestro and Stiorra, marking the start of our breeding program.
I love a lot of different styles of music, but my favourite artists include billie eilish, chappell roan, renee rapp, olivia rodrigo and taylor swift.
Arcane. This show is a masterpiece, and I'll never get over it.
Does cat breeding count as a hobby? in all seriousness, video editing, reading, writing or gaming are probably my main hobbies.
I've always been a big fantasy girl, so I'd say The Empyrean Series by Rebecca Yarros is probably my fav!
I do the best I can to ensure my kittens are raised with the utmost care and attention so they have a great head start.
